Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Discover. If you have PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal. We accept
personal checks (please, give 5 days to clear it), money orders and cash.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card when ordering?
A. Yes. Your transactions takes place on a secure website that
automatically checks your credit card number and transfers the funds without
anyone ever seeing your credit card number or any other personal information.
Q. Do I pay tax sales?
A. Residents of NYC and NYS pay tax sale 8.75% on perchases more
than $110.
Q. How will my product be shipped?
A. All orders will be shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation. Please, allow 5 days for shipment. We did not ship abroad yet,
but we can try, if you will pay all custom costs. All payments should be done
in American dollars. It will take longer time to ship abroad.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Shipping times will vary as to whether the item is in stock,
destination, and supplier. Please allow 2-3 weeks. We will strive to give you
the fastest service we can. Orders will be processed right away.
If we run out of stock, please give us a week to restock. You will be
contacted immediatelly and situation will be discussed with you.
Q. What do I do if my order is damaged or missing parts?
A. We check your items very carefully before we ship them. In case
if something is damaged, please, contact us right away via email or phone. We
will provide you with the all necessary steps for returning the merchandise
and replacing the product(s).
Q. How much will shipping costs be?
A. We have flat rate shipping cost of $4.50. Costs of shipping
abroad will depend of country the order was placed from. You will be contacted
and notified about shipping costs.
